Additionally, she co-founded Illino Media, a creative platform empowering writers to showcase their talents through short stories. In her commitment to advancing the kingdom, Ambassador Fletcher holds the esteemed position of Global Advisor and Executive Board Member at the Royal Communion of Global Gospel Preachers in the United States. Simultaneously, she serves as the Country Chair for Nigeria in the G100 Million Mission, a vital initiative aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.

Passionate about empowering African women entrepreneurs, Ambassador Fletcher collaborates with Sokokuu Africa as an Affiliate partner, facilitating SME onboarding and providing guidance on AfCFTA policies through her role as a Research and Policy Fellow at Pan African Business Labs. Her expertise extends to environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) consulting, where she contributes to One Planet Directory and Sustainable Directory in the UK.

As a distinguished fellow of the Female and More Social Impact Fellowship in 2022, Ambassador Fletcher continues her pursuit of excellence.
